This student book offers a year's worth of lessons, helping students to understand the meaning of 270 new vocabulary words. Divided into 9 thematic units with 30 words per unit, each unit includes individual lessons with a reading passage followed by a context clue strategy. The lessons then progress to Unlock the Meanings, Process the Meanings, and Apply what you've learned exercises. At the end of each unit, there is a review section and a practice test.
