With thirty-three chapters, each ending with a Your Turn to Play segment featuring three or four questions, students are encouraged to attempt solving the problems before checking their answers provided on the next page. The Bridge review questions, given after every five chapters, act as transitions between concepts and assessment tools. Parents can use these sections to evaluate their children, with a recommended score of at least 90% (9 out of 10 questions) before moving on. Students have up to five attempts with different sets of ten problems each if they do not succeed. The book concludes with The Final Bridge, featuring twenty questions with five tries available. Answers to the Bridge questions are provided in the back of the book.
