My Words Readers: Kid-Sized
The My Words series from Teacher Created Materials gives students practice reading the high-frequently words they'll encounter most often, helping them to become strong, confident readers! The 100 words students will read throughout this series are approximately 50% of words used in print. The unique format features the high-frequency words as regular text but low-frequency vocabulary words are paired with pictures in the sentences (and the word printed beneath) to help kids build strong word recognition and fluency.
