At Boundless Homeschool, we aim to ensure that every part of your experience with us is as satisfying as your educational journey. If you need to make a return, here are our guidelines:

• New Merchandise: You can return new, unopened items within 60 days of receipt for a refund of the merchandise cost. **Please note, shipping costs are not reimbursable, and items must be in unused, unmarked, and sellable condition.
• Bundles and Kits: Items sold as part of a prepackaged bundle or kit must be returned complete, with all components in unused, unmarked, and sellable condition in order to receive a full refund.
• Media Returns: DVDs, CDs, computer software, and other media can only be refunded if unopened. Opened items may be returned for a replacement of the same title only.
• Return Conditions: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee which is typically 20% of the merchandise value.

Recommendations: For your protection, we recommend insuring your return. Since this is a postal box, please use the U.S. Postal Service rather than UPS or FedEx.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange is handled.
